Our cosy and comfortable holiday house in Falcon is nestled between the ocean and the estuary, 7km south of Mandurah town centre. The house is family friendly - we are set up with everything you need for babies and children. The house has modern and comfortable furnishings, a delightful enclosed back yard, and we are pet friendly. Just a short stroll down our street to Falcon Bay beach, or a minute's walk in the other direction to the local shopping centre and restaurants. Home away from home!

My place is close to restaurants and dining, the beach, nightlife, family-friendly activities, and public transport. You’ll love my place because of the views and the location. My place is good for couples and families (with kids).Our house is located on the main canal, which means that boats are constantly going past, including the Mandurah Canal Tour Boats every hour. We are so close to the Mandurah Foreshore, it is a short stroll to the Cafes, Restaurants, and Bars, leave your car at home...

This holiday home is ideally located close to beaches, parks, shops & restaurants. Three Queen size bedrooms with semi ensuit and a bunk room that sleeps up to six with a third full bathroom. A morning walk just 800 meters to the beach to enjoy your morning coffee at the Falcon Bay Beach Cafe or a swim. Kick the footy or watch the kids play cricket in the huge backyard. When the sun goes down, head inside to continue the fun with a variety of games/puzzles on the large 12 seater dining table.
