Nice open floor plan house with plenty of seating in the living room and at the dining room table. There are 2 full-size refrigerators and long counters for chopping and cooking. The driveway is gravel and the yard is large, but not finished (mostly wild grass growing). The location is great; it's a 10 minute drive/Uber to downtown, The Y, and Heavenly Resort. This San Diego Beach House is an amazing, renovated home with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms located on the first, second, and third floor of a duplex with ocean views of the South Mission Beach Jetty and Ocean Beach across the Mission Bay Channel. We can accommodate up to 8 adults and 2 children for 10 total guests. This house is intended for family vacations—it is not a party house.
