My place is located on west side of Youngstown in the middle of everything!Minutes away from restaurants,shopping and all kind of businesses,2 miles from I-80,5 miles from downtown Youngstown,3 miles from Casino,less than a mile from grocery store.There's also local food mart with gas station and laundromat right next door.For our guests we offer shampoo,conditioner,body wash,dish soap which are animal cruelty free.The apartment is on the first floor of the building and has separate entrance

The Creekside Cottage is quietly located on our 240 acre property. If you're looking for a quiet "get-away" then our quaint, studio cottage is for you. We have a queen bed. Outside, we have a fire ring with firewood, grill, outdoor seating, and beautiful view. We DO NOT have TV/internet, or WiFi, although most phones get service. There is a small kitchenette but there is NO oven/stove. We DO have a toaster oven, microwave, mini-fridge, coffee pot Keurig, coffee pods, and bottled water.

Amish Paradise

Amish Paradise has an open floor concept with the living room, dining room and kitchen on the first floor. There are 3 bedrooms on the second floor. Going up the stairs we have a side view looking out an arched window into the woods. However, our favorite part of this home is the view from the wrap around deck!! It has a knock out Vista over looking our property and beyond to Marti Park! Did I mention that this house was once a true Amish Home?😉

Newly listed private second floor guesthouse with separate bedroom/ Queen bed and pull out couch in living room. Bedroom/bath and living area is air conditioned. Guesthouse can sleep 4. Two miles to Grove City College and the Prime Outlet Mall. Near Restaurants and great shopping! Beautiful country setting. Wonderful place to stay. Private driveway back to guesthouse. Very nice deck to view the property from.
