Prime location! Directly across from Katepwa Provincial Park on the dog friendly part of beach. Enjoy the peaceful golf course & hillside view from the backyard. Beach store and bar a short 5 minute walk. TransCanada trail runs behind the cottage with hiking trails to the top of valley nearby. Fully equipped kitchen opens up to the living room/ dining area. Large backyard with fire pit, patio, BBQ and deck. Dog friendly. No a/c but fans provided in each bedroom. Come enjoy our family cabin.

Maximum occupancy’s is 6. Small pets under 15 pounds is permitted if house trained. Located in the village of Katepwa in a quiet cozy area no through traffic. Large Private Backyard. Beautiful view of the lake, a 3 second walk to the water. All within walking distance is the Family Golf Course, Katepwa Beach Club, Provincial Park and Beach ( there is no entry fee) ,Boat Launch, Rocco’s Beach Store, Bar/ Restaurant, Public Library, or explore the TransCanada Trail.

This spacious 4 seasons lake front property is the perfect place for your next family vacation!! From the spacious yard, several decks, to fun on the water with 100ft of water frontage!! This place is enjoyable for all ages!! Enjoy some relaxation time with the kayaks, fishing off the docks or enjoy a round of golf at one of the nearby golf courses. Winter activities such as ice fishing, sledding or skiing at the local ski hill. This property has it all!!!

The cottage is on the channel between Mission & Katepwa. Fish from your back yard. Ideal location to ice fish or snowmobile. Two golf courses within close proximity. Great ski hill for those downhill ski enthusiasts. Katepwa beach close by for those wanting to cool off in the summer. Two boat launches at Katepwa and Mission. Full marina at Katepwa. Great cottage for a family to have a relaxing and enjoyable vacation.

Located on Crooked Lake which is situated in the beautiful Qu’Appelle Valley only 90 minutes East of Regina. Equipped with a newly renovated kitchen which has modern stainless steel appliances including a dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker and blender with an abundance of pots and pans and dishes. There is also a 6 person hot tub where you can soak and enjoy the lake only a few feet away!!
