The house's outdoor amenities include an 8 person luxury hot tub, a outside kitchen on natural gas (grill and sink), gas fire pit, and an outside shower. The interior of the house includes a gas fireplace, a full chef's kitchen, 2 bathrooms, 1 Jacuzzi tub, washer/dryer, and a foosball table in basement. The house sleeps up to 10 people comfortably with 3 bedrooms and 3 pull outs.

Newly renovated interior and beautiful landscaping complete with a new outdoor shower, cowboy cauldron, brand new grill and outdoor patio furniture, relaxing water feature and a Bocce ball court! We have 4 beach cruisers that you can use at your own risk. We also have 4 backpack beach chairs in a locked shed. The beach is just a half mile away and close to restaurants and shopping. Dogs must be pre approved and only one dog.
