A lake house between Berlin&Potsdam

This is a classic rbnb. We rent our private spaces to private persons. Not to companies and fitters - please distance yourself from bookings that are not for you. Our holiday apartment is located right at the lake, is refurbished and equipped to a very high standard (about 90 square meters). There is a large double bed (200 x 200) and a sofa bed separated only by a cabinet sliding door. (No noise insulation - that's why it's noisy) Offer for boats by arrangement. It is 500 m to the Berlin village sign. Wannsee station 10 minutes by bus, and from there you are in 17 minutes at the main station (Berlin). Please do not bring dogs. On TV, there's an Amazon fire TV stick with movies in German and English. Lake, WiFi, email or mobile Everything is within walking distance: 3 parks, restaurants, grocery stores, theater, Tram and night bus in front of the door, bus stop 300 m,

Holiday house (60 sqm) in Werder. Ideal for families and nature lovers. Quietly located on the edge of the field - only 500 m as the crow flies away from a forest lake with sandy beach. The swimming spots of Glindow, Petzow and Werder are on bicycle distance. 8 km away is the asparagus farm Klaistow with petting zoo, playground, climbing park and wildlife enclosures. Worth a visit include the painting village of Ferch or Caputh. In Werder you can rent a boat or raft or explore the Havel Lakes by boat.

Experience Potsdam skin close yet in the countryside. We are a quiet residential settlement directly on the Ravensbergen, which invites beautifully to hikes and bike tours. The main train station and Potsdam centre are about 3-5 km away and can be reached very well by public transport. You'll love my place because of the tranquility, the comfortable bed, and so on. The holiday home in Berlin was completely revised and redesigned in 2020 within just seven months with the support of the trend architect Jürgen Krüger! 130sqm can accommodate up to 10 people on two floors. The entire house has in each living room and bedroom a separate air conditioning, WiFi & TV-Sat. We hope that we have found a cozy and warm interior style with the conversions and that for young and old what is included!
