The house has 5 bedrooms + 3.5 bathrooms. The main level has 1 bedroom, a large dining room, an open kitchen + breakfast nook and 1.5 bathrooms. Dining Room French doors open onto a covered patio, garden with dining table, charcoal BBQ, the pool and sunbeds. The upstairs features 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a small room with bunkbeds. Our home is centrally located, a few blocks to Playa Madeira Beach, a 20-minute walk to the beautiful Playa la Ropa, and 15-minute walk to the central market.

A laundry mat nearbY The airport is less than 20 minutes from here.We have street parking There is public transport very close we have 2 bicycles to rent for the cycle bath that is between Zihuatanejo and Ixtapa and you can cycle to the crocodile reserve thru the ecological park and to Playa Linda

Enjoy a clean private pool. relax in hammocks. The 3rd level is an outdoor kitchen.The main kitchen is on the first level. All 3 bedrooms 2nd level Two balcony's two Bathrooms. AC in every room. Things to do ride horses, beach fishing snorkeling. The community is very friendly. Beach access 100 ft from house. From the airport its 5.1 miles (14min). From the house to downtown zihua its 12 miles (25 min)and from the house to ixtapa area is 30 min.
