Take the private lift to this gorgeous penthouse in the heart of De Waterkant. The home boasts floor-to-ceiling windows throughout, magnifying the panoramic mountain, ocean and city views. The open-plan interior opens up to a huge outdoor area with the perfect Table Mountain backdrop and sparkling private swimming pool. Enjoy Fast WiFi, DSTV, Daily Servicing, a Weber BBQ Braai and 24/7 Building Security. The penthouse has everything to make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. All 3 bedrooms are ensuite and completely private - perfect for business or leisure. The apartment is on the top floor of a secure apartment block with a private lift entrance. Guests will be given their own set of keys and have the apartment/house to themselves. I do not live on the property, but am nearby and you can get in touch with me at any point during your stay if you need something fixed, want to book a tour, require an airport transfer or would just like some local tips. De Waterkant is a vibrant and artsy part of Green Point, and a historical landmark. It's very central — tucked between Table Mountain, the city center, and the prestigious V&A Waterfront. It features mixed Georgian, Cape Dutch, and Asian colourful architecture, plus cobbled streets. Just 25km from the Cape Town International Airport. Should you not hire a car: Many amenities are within walking distance and taxis or Uber readily service the area. A bus stop for a popular MyCiti bus route is just down the road on Somerset Road. This is a reliable bus service with routes taking you to the inner City. It connects to other routes going to the V&A Waterfront, Clifton & Camps Bay beaches, as well as Hout Bay fishing village. The red open top "hop-on hop-off" City Sightseeing bus is a great way to get to know and explore our city and it's surrounds. **IMPORTANT NOTE**: Cape Town (and South Africa) is in the midst of a severe drought. Please be cautious and conservative with water use. Some small things that each individual can do to help: -Keep Showers as short as possible. -Turn off the taps when not actually using the water (ie while brushing teeth, shaving, soaping up, washing hair or dishes.) -While heating up the water, collect excess in a bucket/bowl and use for cleaning. -Make sure you put a full load into the washing machine and dishwasher before starting a wash cycle. For stays longer than a week, a courtesy weekly or mid-stay clean is offered. We can arrange additional cleaning or laundry services upon request and at an additional cost, if required. Linen, towels, tea, coffee, sugar and basic shower amenities are provided. Please note maximum occupancy is 6 adults and 2 children - no additional guests are allowed. Please be considerate towards your neighbours so we kindly ask you to please keep noise levels to a minimum between 10pm-7am.
