Open living space features a full kitchen, dining area and balcony w/ lake views. 10-15 minutes downtown and to airport. 5 minutes to Med District, UAA Close to amenities such as shopping, restaurants and movie theater. Great location .

The unit is attached to main house. However it is completely separate and on the other side of a garage. We are located just outside Anchorage on Fire Lake with lake access and year round activities including boating, kayaking, paddle boarding, swimming, fishing, ice skating, snow shoeing, and cross country skiing.
