Cabin in Nerskogen with great view !

At the foot of Trollheimen at 800moh you will find a modern cabin of about 100sqm. Underfloor heating in 3 rooms and wood stove for extra warmth. Sauna attached to the bathroom. Cable TV and very good mobile network. Superstructured terrace and stall with outdoor furniture, fireplace pan and barbecue. The tenant leaves the cabin in the same condition as on arrival. Cleaning is clarified with the landlord. Excellent hiking opportunities from the cabin, fishing waters. Open road to the cabin all year round but must go through snow about 15 m from the parking to the cabin door. Ski slopes right by the cabin.

Stabbur from the 19th century which in 2019 was completely renovated and upgraded to a modern apartment with everything of amenities, while the old charm is safeguarded. It is located rural to, in a small forest cave on the farm Holtan, in Orkland municipality, about 4 kilometres from Svorkmo. The staff cage is equipped with high-speed internet and TV via fiber. The kitchen contains everything a modern kitchen can be expected to have. The bathroom is equipped with a spacious shower, wall-mounted toilet and washing machine.

Unique sea front cabin. Very modern and fully equipped. Big outdoor deck with BBQ and seating. Amazing view over the fjord. The cabin is located 10-15 min outside the city center, with bus departure every hour. Bus stop 1 min away. The cabin is 28 m2 big and is available for up to 2 people You have the ocean on one side and the Forrest on the other, with great hiking possibilities. The jacuzzi cost ekstra to use, depends on how many days. No smoking and no parties.

Vi er to rolige pensjonister som liker å jobbe i hagen. Vi leier ut en leilighet i vår bolig. Vi har drevet med utleie i snart 30 år. Leiligheten er på 70m2 i rolige omgivelser. Leiligheten ligger i sokkel på høyre side. Gang og sykkelstier til Trondheim sentrum, Heimdal sentrum, City Syd kjøpesenter, Granåsen og mye annet. Barneskole, lekeplass, pizza restaurant og dagligvare i umiddelbart nærhet. Ca. 100 meter til bussholdeplass som tar deg inn til sentrum.

Small house - great seaview - close to the city

Unik beliggenhet - usjenert hus rett ved Ladestien med fantastisk sjøutsikt. Gulvvarme og helt nytt. 100 meter til busstop og gangavstand til sentrum (35min.) Bedroom is up the ladder (se pictures). Low with sloping ceilings. Window perfect for watching the stars and sometimes the northern light! The other doublebed is behind the sofa and can be pulled up/down.
