Welcome to charming Rodlhaus GruBÄR! The wood-burning stove in the kitchen and dining area spreads soothing warmth. In the well-equipped kitchen, almost any dish can be prepared. From the balcony you look into the nature reserve and enjoy direct access to the large Rodl. On the upper floor there are cozy sleeping areas. Relax in the barrel sauna in the garden or in the hammock upstairs. Cafe Machine: Tschibo Cafissimo Various sauna infusion oils are available.

Tiny House - Mühlviertel

Lovely Tiny House surrounded by greenery - an oasis of peace! The extensively equipped accommodation is an ideal base camp for "expeditions" into the Mühlviertel and Linz region. This apartment is an ideal base for excursions by car, motorcycle, bicycle, mountain bike - close to Linz (20 min. by car). Fast WLAN, parking, private access, open fireplace outside and cozy pellet stove inside, the existing swimming pond can be shared.

Pond hut with kitchenette, dining area and wet room on the ground floor, further spacious covered terrace, barbecue area and play tower available. In the attic there is the sleeping area with private toilet. From the roof terrace, you have a wonderful view over the 2 connected fish ponds. Parking spaces for car, tents or camping mobile home available.

Relax in this special and quiet cabin-style home. Unique sauna with views of the mountains. The Kernalm is located in one of the most wooded areas in Upper Austria at 1000m above sea level. Here you can also enjoy the feel-good climate in summer. Top location only 1 km to the nearest place with supermarket, village shop and inn.

First of all, there is a lot of peace here. The house is in an isolated area, with car and pedestrian access, at a great distance from the national road. The swimming pool offers a unique atmosphere, and the garden is a good place to meditate in the fresh air with the sound of birds in the background.

Log cabin in nature

Nice cabin surrounded by nature. Attached is a small playground and campfire pit. Full kitchen and large lounge/dining room. Not far from the creek (~4km) for cozy bathing hours. There are many alpine pastures and cycling routes in the area. There is no shower available at this time.
