60 m2 apartment on the mezzanine floor with 1 bedroom with double bed, large kitchen-cum-living-room with double sofa bed and pellet stove, plus a bathroom with bathtub, underfloor heating and a view of the magnolia tree. 100-year-old ship floors, comfortable sofas and reading chairs, flat screen TV with satellite connection and DVD player as well as a selection of classic films for rainy evenings. A hut in the nature, with a wood oven there can heat the hut up, there is a dry toilet and cold water from our own source (not in the winter.) There is a little stream nearby where you can find the fireplace. There is a outdoor shower, with gas, so you have warm water. We have some animals around the farm, and Stefan build a nature playground out of wood from our own forest. There is also a meeting room with a normal toilet and a fridge. This you can use, if it is not rent out.

URBAN UNIT has 50m2, fits up to 4 guests & is located in the 16th district of Vienna. A one minute walk brings you to the tram station, which connects you directly to the historical city center by only 8 stops (no changing trains). The apartment is right next to a park so there's hardly any traffic. The whole building is brand-new (construction work finalized in January 2022). It has a private 19m2 terrace with comfy lounge furniture, accessible from the bed- & living room.

Very calm, family place:) There are 2 separate bedrooms and a living room with sofa with bed-function. Apartment is 5 min away from city center (Stephansplatz) using public transport. Also there is a direct train from airport right in houses neighborhood. All grocery stores are in 1 min walkway. (Billa, Spar)
