In the middle of the East Frisian countryside, a 1-room apartment is available, which contains a double bed for two, but can be increased to 4-5 people by an existing sofa bed and a further couch. The apartment has a separate entrance. The entire property is at your disposal for your relaxation. Your big and small four-legged favourites are also very welcome! A horse box is still available in the stable. Otherwise, there is plenty of space on the juicy pastures in summer. There is also a riding area. In the apartment is a small kitchenette with cooking facilities and microwave. Nearby bakery in the village Supermarkets - neighboring villages Großheide and Hage (approx. 3-4 km) Swimming pool - in Berum (approx. 3km) Riding club/stable - in the village North Sea (beach) - Neßmersiel (8 km) Ferry to Baltrum - Neßmersiel (also) Lütetsburg Castle - Hage (7 km) North City - 14 km Norderney and Juist - from Norddeich (approx.16 km) The connection to public transport is not very convenient, which is why travelling by car is recommended. New apartment on the west beach

Hello, we are offering a new apartment near the beach for rent. It is brand new (built in 2017), 4 min walk to the beach, 5 min walk to the city. The apartment is separate from the house and very private. The apartment is small but nice. Looking forward to seeing you soon!Suitable for 1 to 2 people. With child, the apartment is unfortunately not suitable because it is a one-room apartment and is too small for cot etc!!! I'm really sorry , but since I have kids of my own, I speak from experience

You'll love the place because of the environment that's balm for every soul. The garden invites you to play + linger, is invisible, fenced + "burglar-proof" for 2/4-legged adventurers. The house itself is fundamentally renovated, has new bathrooms, one of which is disabled accessible and a lot of space. The kitchen-living room + living room offers all space for cozy exchange. My place is good for couples, families + kids/babies, groups, multiple generations, and furry friends (pets).

My place - apartment "Mina" - is close to the beach, family-friendly activities, bakers, restaurants, ferries to Norderney and Juist, surfing/kitesurfing school, Norddeich Mole train station. You'll love my place because of light, Ocean Relaxation, Coziness, Location, Sea View over the dike. My place is good for couples, solo travelers, and families with 1-2 kids. Covered beds and fresh towels await you - you don't have to bring anything but anticipation !

120 modern, magnificent sqm on the North Sea

Aloa your holiday tyre, please read the description carefully. Most of the questions are answered on their own. Also all kinds of misunderstandings. If I have to read again that the accommodation is very outside or it is "just an apartment" and not a whole house, then I have to cry. The apartment is 120sqm and can accommodate 8 adults and a baby. Per day you pay four (plus baby) 99 euros. Each additional person costs 15 euros. A holiday snapper!
