air-conditioned apartment it is located in a charming and attractive area, in a residential area, the streets are quiet in the evening. It is 10 minutes by tram from Jean Medecin (main commercial area of the city) and 15 minutes from the Promenade des Anglais and beach . it is very well served by buses as by the tram which is 2mn walk from the studio, shops and restaurants nearby. The tram will take you to the airport. Station nearby.
