⚠️ Convenient, but may be better only for 1, as it is very small = 17 square meters After about 10 years on Airbnb, I have to face the facts. People do not realize if their rental is good value for money (the cheapest in the neighborhood). So I increase the price, and that certain category of people would criticize the standing/comfort in a much more realistic way.
