Easy to find property, car recommended but not necessary. 10 minute walk of 2 of the best beaches in Manuel Antonio, Playa Biesanz and Playitas. Perfect for 2 couples, fully equipped large kitchen, large living room. On 2 levels with plenty of private spaces for relaxing. 5 minute drive to the public beach. Air conditioning is not needed,cool ocean breezes are very refreshing. Must climb 3 flights of stairs to get to the house.

Walk to the beach! Villa Tierra is located right on the border of the beach protected zone, making it one of the closest places you can stay to the beach! Right now we have some construction nearby, so we are offering HUGE discounts. Once in a lifetime chance to get right on the beach without the 500/night price tag! Construction is usually from 8-5 Monday to Friday, so you can enjoy the beach or the area during the day, and then relax after dark listening to nothing but the ocean.

Welcome Home Along The River! Walk To Beach!

Photos taken June 1, 2022! Why bother with a hotel when you could have this! Located in an idyllic setting a 15 MINUTE WALK to the beach and seconds to the Baru River in Dominical. Waterfalls, beaches, Cano Island tours, Manuel Antonio & Ballena Nationall Parks and more are all less than 40 minutes away! Walk along the river to lots of swimming holes! Relax on our 2nd story deck, and catch a toucan or two or whip up an amazing feast in our well equipped kitchen. Welcome Home!

At the beach you can look for sloths, lizards, parrots, & more. The pools are amazing! The condo is located 19 miles from Jaco & 21 miles from beautiful Manuel Antonio National Park. Less than 5 minutes from the sea by car and several restaurants nearby, Maxpali is 7 min away... in short, great location. Dogs are the guests! Please note that the land is not fenced, so please tie your pets when they are alone. There is a lot of shade on the ground, and a cleaning fee of $15 per pet per stay is applicable.
