Our beach house is located in the gated community of Malaga Bejuco. The complex has 24/7 security, 5 community pools, and a less than 2-minute walk to Bejuco Beach. You will love our rustic Costa Rican home on a quiet stretch of beach. Two roomy upstairs bedrooms have private full baths. The third has a half bath. Downstairs has open floor plan. Great outdoor covered patios are featured both upstairs and downstairs. The refreshing pool can be enjoyed by all. A separate detached bedroom with double bed, half bath, and airconditioning is available for an extra $20 daily. The caretaker can make arrangements to have someone come in a prepare some meals.

Walk to the beach! Villa Tierra is located right on the border of the beach protected zone, making it one of the closest places you can stay to the beach!
