Apartment 100m from the beach

Studio accommodation for two, completely refurbished, centrally located in Sitges but in a quiet street and 50 meters from San Sebastian Beach and the entire restaurant area. It consists of a living room with a fully equipped kitchenette, a 1.50 m wide double bed. Sink with shower and separate toilet. 25 m2 terrace with table and four chairs and 2 sun loungers, very close to the beach and restaurant area. Directions By road: the C-32 motorway connects Sitges with Barcelona in just 30 minutes and Tarragona in 45 minutes (Sitges Norte - Port d 'Aiguadolç exit). By train: Sitges has very good connections to Barcelona and Tarragona by Renfe commuter trains. Approximately every 15 minutes there is a train that connects Sitges with the Condo City in 30 minutes. From Barcelona Sants depart daily trains to the rest of Spain and Europe, being under construction the tracks of the high-speed train that will connect Barcelona with Madrid in just 3 hours, and that will connect with the European road network. By plane: Barcelona International Airport, El Prat, is 28 km from Sitges. There are daily flights to other cities in Spain and Europe; the air bridge guarantees a continuous connection to Madrid. Trains depart every thirty minutes from Sitges station to El Prat de Llobregat where it connects with another train that reaches the same airport. Activities and attractions Sitges is synonymous with culture and is synonymous with sun and beach. The cultural movements of the last century have left behind a magnificent architectural, pictorial, etc. legacy that is one of the visitors' goals. Strolling through the Calle de en Bosque guessing the ancient walls of Sitges Castle and then climbing up to the Rincón de la Calma to end up visiting the former workhouse of the universal painter Santiago Rusiñol, is surely one of the shortest itineraries of the cultural offer. Completely renovated, the loft is composed by : - a sleeping area/bedroom with a bathroom - a living area with 2 confortable convertible sofas - a fully-equipped kitchen : fridge, dish washer, microwaves, toaster, coffee machiner... - a second bathroom with shower and toilets - a veranda for a perfect chill out Linen, towels, toilet paper and hair dryer provided. Internet/WIFI From the Barcelona Airport you can take : - the bus "Monbus" from terminal 1 (it takes 30 min from the T1 to Sitges-Avenida Sofia stop) - the train (with a change at Prat el Llobregat station) from the terminal 2. It take more or less 45 min from T2 to Sitges. - The taxi : 60€ more or less Always available to answer to your questions ! The loft is located in a residential neighborhood near Sofia Avenue. The beach, city center, and train station are all roughly equidistant, and all easily reached on foot. Several supermarkets, plus restaurants, bars, and shops are closer still. From the Barcelona Airport you can take : - the bus "Monbus" from terminal 1 (it takes 30 min from the T1 to Sitges-Avenida Sofia stop) - the train (with a change at Prat el Llobregat station) from the terminal 2. It take more or less 45 min from T2 to Sitges. - The taxi : 60€ the day and 70€ at night THERE IS NO PRIVATE PARKING. You can find a free parking in the streets, a few blocks from the loft. Free parking is where the ground marquing is white (if it is blue you have to pay). Here are the areas where you can find free parkings (at 10/15 min walking distance) : - Carrer Vitor de Balaguer, 23 (a lot of free places) : at 9 min walking distance - Passeig Vilanova from number 72 (behind the pharmacy) - Avenida Nuestra Senora Del Vinyet, from number 43 Public Parking in Avenida Sofia (but is quite expensive)

Our lovely apartment is located in the heart of Sitges, facing to the main street in town. There's one bedroom, one living-room with full equipped kitchen and one bathroom.
