House with first quality finishes in all spaces, lounge carefully worked with modernist tiles made by Gaudí, kitchen Bulthaup, upstairs suite with rustic natural oak wood flooring, sleeping area with king-size bed, bathroom with original ceiling… It is a vintage house completely renovated with lots of light all day and with a large garden of 350 m2 to enjoy the relaxing area in the middle of the trees. The house is located in a very centric area. Two to ten minutes walking distance from the beach, supermarkets, bars, restaurants, shops, discos and train station. A 15 min en coche de Sitges, a 36 min en coche de Port Aventura y a tan solo 39 km del aeropuerto (30 min en coche). La estación de tren está a 7 min caminando.
