During the early spring, the community is full of cherry blossoms, tea flowers, and other beautiful flowers.The villa occupies an area of 300 square meters with a front and back courtyard and a large terrace with an ocean view.Ordinary outsiders don't come to our neighborhood.On weekdays, when work is tight, or if you live in an apartment building, you can spend two or three days of recharging for a comfortable day.Walk down to Shallow Bay Park around 5pm in the evening for 10 minutes just watching the sunset/evening dusk.Or early in the morning at 6am, walk down to Shallow Bay Park and step on the sand to hear the waves lapping and watch the white-flung waves disappear in the sand, drinking a good cup of home-brewed tea or coffee, like being on an exotic coastline.It turned out to be so easy.There are also a few nice restaurants nearby for the price, you can also cook hotpot at home, grilled meat, utensils, as long as you bring your own ingredients.You should see it here!For two or three days, you don't have to be tired of rushing to catch a spot, this is called a rechargeable and slow life, isn't it! 2024/11/15 p.s. To provide better quality recreational sports for guests, the homeowners buy two Giant leisure bicycles with small capital, free to use.You can ride Shallow Bay Park all the way to the beach, or take a leisurely ride in the community, you can take a real ride on the north shore.😜

The building complex is like a 5 star resort with an amazing gym, large pool, mineral water spa, reading room and even an in-complex movie screening room. There really is no reason to ever leave the resort like buildings, but if you do (and if you don't have a car) there is a resort shuttle bus to take you to the nearby Hongshulin Metro Station (or you can walk 10 mins) which will quickly take you to Danshui (Tamsui), a seaside fishing village which is Taipei's weekend playground (1 metro stop) or to downtown Taipei (about 20 minutes) or the nearby sites and night markets.You can enjoy your stay thoroughly..

My place is close to the beach, bike paths, and mountain trails, beautiful scenery, sightseeing spots, and the famous American restaurant "Boundary Station" makes it easy to buy your own because it's close to the city center. There is also a shuttle bus that can be picked up and dropped off at the subway station (stop at Freshwater and Mangrove station).You'll love my place because of the view, the outdoors, the outdoors, the outdoors, the outdoors.My place is good for couples, families (with kids).
