We take care of the elderly and children, providing a comfortable, cozy and accessible environment for our family to stay! We welcome all guests who love our house and are able to fully comply with the house. We set a security deposit to prevent people who do not follow the house rules intentionally (mainly indoor smoking). If you can respect the rules, you will not have to worry about any fees. We welcome all the visitors who respect the house rules. The reason we set up the guarantee deposit is for avoiding few visitors who don't respect the rules, ex. smoking in the apartment. Don't worry about incurring the fee if you don't break the apartment rules.

I grew up and married in this house; I renovated the house in 2018, I stayed here for 5 years until the children were born, the house was not enough to move out of the space I designed by myself, staying in the living room + Nakajima long table + full set of cooking utensils for my wife and my wife, the sophisticated toilet to put the equipment to the top, the facilities of three fans are no longer odorous, the room is even more stocked with extra clothes, suitable for those who are traveling, the independent balcony laundry and drying space, the window view can still be seen in the north, I hope that you can check in and have a memorable memory of the upstairs

Plenty or cafes and restaurants just seconds away but our place is quiet! Easy access for the elderly or those travelling with a lot of luggage. If you are in Taipei to visit family/friends and want them over to visit you, our place will not be suitable for you.
