The Annexe is a self-contained and spacious double room with en-suite wet room. Located in Paignton, approximately 5 minute drive from the harbour, seafront and town centre. With easy access to the A380 and the neighbouring towns of Torquay and Brixham, as well as Dartmoor and Coastal Walking. Off-street parking available, and the accommodation is step-free access from driveway to room. A breakfast selection is provided, including cereals and pastries. Please let us know any dietry requirements.

Retro styled central town flat near park & beaches

Exposed brick feature walls, stainless kitchen units and oak floors make this flat stand out for style with deckchairs situated in a south facing sun trap. Great access to all transport hubs, town, pubs and less than a mile through a park are beaches & coastline walks. **The sofa bed is in keeping with the retro theme of the flat. With that in mind, it is not a modern full size sofa bed. It's probably more suited to young kids and a single adult and ideally not someone that is 6ft** No TV.

A little wildlife oasis - single room

MINIMUM of 2 nights on Bank Holiday weekends (FRI-MON). No night shift workers. Free parking. Our 5 bed. detached home is in a residential area on the outskirts of Paignton in an off road location, making it peaceful at night. 2 guest rooms (double & single) and a guests' bathroom. All rooms on the ground floor. Breakfast included. No children 0-12 yrs. WFI. No pets & we have no pets. Smoking outside. My kitchen is not available for guests to use but you may place a few items in the fridge.

The Marina, beach and outdoor lido are 10 minutes walk. A fairly level walk will also take you to Berry Head nature reserve or join the coastal path here for more energetic walks. Brixham is a pretty bustling working harbour town with lots to do nearby, lovely views and scenic walks.
