The Workshop is a self contained unique studio style conversion. Set in the countryside in a small rural village close to the sea & moors. Paddle on the river, walk to the beach or local pubs. It is a converted workshop of an old Plant Nurseries, which is now our home. It has a private entrance, parking, kitchenette, shower room, bedroom & lounge space. You will also have access to 2.5 acres of private meadow and woodland which is home to an abundance of wildlife such as deer, badgers & owls.

Wooden lodge with a nautical feel. Private south facing patio to enjoy coffee in the morning. Lounge/kitchen. NO COOKER! Only MICROWAVE &TOASTER. Doors lead to room with 2 singles beds, en-suite shower room. Sorry, No child under 5. 15 mins Walk down hill to Torquay town. Good transport links. You could get around without the car .Close to local supermarket, take-aways, bars and cafes and the sea front. We are in the house next door so are around should you need us. PLEASE NOTE HOUSE DIRECTION

The Annexe is a self-contained and spacious double room with en-suite wet room. Located in Paignton, approximately 5 minute drive from the harbour, seafront and town centre. With easy access to the A380 and the neighbouring towns of Torquay and Brixham, as well as Dartmoor and Coastal Walking. The accommodation is step-free access from driveway to room, free parking is on the street. A breakfast selection is provided, including cereals and pastries. Located in a quiet residential area within walking distance of Torquay Harbour, Town Centre and Wellswood, Babbacombe and St Marychurch. We are located at the top of a hill on the outskirts of the town which makes us a quiet location away from the night time noises. The surrounding areas are a leisurely walk downhill (but obviously an incline on return). We are approximately a 15 minute walk from Babbacombe Downs and a 15 - 25 minute walk into Torquay Town centre. Taxis cost approximately £7

Your separate accommodation is as new being light & cosy; many guests find it more spacious than it looks here. Kitchen/living area leads into the bedroom, then through a hall to the bathroom with large walk in shower. Local shops are a minutes walk with takeaways, Spa and breakfast café. Torquay seafront via Torre Abbey gardens is a level 12-15 minute walk. Welcome to our lovely house in Wellswood, Torquay. Set in a conservation area, amongst leafy walkways and quiet streets. We have a spacious, comfortable guest suite (2 rooms and ensuite shower room) with its own entrance and free parking to the front of the house. It is well located, only a fifteen minute walk from the harbour / town centre and the nearest beach (Meadfoot). please note the guest suite does not have a kitchen. There is a kettle, toaster and microwave for your convenience.

The Pitstop - Entire guest suite by the seaside.

The Pitstop is a charming small studio room and converted garage, situated in the area of Broadsands and only a stone's throw from our coastline and beaches. We live on a lovely, quiet road. The room is fully equipped with a small kitchenette, bathroom, double bed, sofa, TV, WIFI and small secluded patio area. There is a separate entrance for our guests to make it as private as possible. Whilst not a big apartment, The Pitstop boasts everything you need for a short stay in the bay.

Situated within the beautiful village of Stoke Gabriel. Our house is ideally located for a leisurely 15 min walk down to the village with its two pubs and café overlooking the majestic River Dart. Adorable seaside 1 bedroom annexe, on-site parking

Charming annexe to the main home set in lovely lawned gardens close to Broadsands beach. This unique place has a style all of its own. Very convenient Torbay location for all the attractions including Broadsands and Goodrington beaches and Paigton and Brixham towns both only a 5 -minute drive away. You have the best of both worlds. For the nautical types, all the ferry trips to Dartmouth and beyond are available at Brixham harbour.
