Hound Tor Annexe, everything you need in one place

our annex is attached to our family home, you will have your own entrance and have full use of a private garden which is a real sun trap. There is one parking space for guests use, the property has CCTV for security. We do have our own dog’s which you may hear on occasions please bear this in mind when booking, our neighbours recently acquired 2 dachshunds that can be yappy sometimes. We are in an excellent location to visit beaches, and the local zoo, local eatery’s, Brixham Harbour, Dartmouth

This self-contained, downstairs studio is in a private corner of our Victorian house with a sunny aspect over the south-facing garden. The room is tastefully furnished & features an Art-Deco double bed, en-suite shower, TV & breakfast bar. There are also kitchenette facilities in the bedroom, so you can make breakfast/snacks. Double doors open onto private balcony. Toilet is just outside the room across a tiled hall where you can hang coats, shoes & beach things. Drive-way parking available.

Located in a quiet residential area within walking distance of Torquay Harbour, Town Centre and Wellswood, Babbacombe and St Marychurch. We are located at the top of a hill on the outskirts of the town which makes us a quiet location away from the night time noises. The surrounding areas are a leisurely walk downhill (but obviously an incline on return). We are approximately a 15 minute walk from Babbacombe Downs and a 15 - 25 minute walk into Torquay Town centre. Taxis cost approximately £7

The Pitstop - Entire guest suite by the seaside.

The Pitstop is a charming small studio room and newly converted garage, situated in the area of Broadsands and only a stone's throw from our coastline and beaches. We live on a lovely and quiet road. The room is fully equipped with a small kitchenette, bathroom, double bed, sofa, TV, WIFI and small secluded patio area. There is a separate entrance for our guests to make it as private as possible. Whilst not a big apartment, The Pitstop boasts everything you need for a short stay in the bay.
