This apartment is excellent for budget travellers. It's located in the center of town, next to the main road. Close to all bars, restaurants and dive schools (College of Diving, Captain Morgan's and Paradise Divers across the street). Everything is within 5-10 minute walk (like the beach) and the supermarket is next door. The apartment is equipped with everything needed for a long stay and has high speed internet. Cozy and recently renovated with a new bed, new fridge and new kitchen appliances.

Two bedroom house with on bath, hard wood floors in the kitchen and living room area and an open balcony. Rental is located on the second floor. Weekly cleaning service provided at no additional cost. Electricity and personal items are NOT included. Check out time is at 11:00a.m, any guest remaining after check-out time will be charged for an additional day ($185). 1 pet maximum with a one time fee of $80 (Pet must be friendly since other guests and pets share the same property).

Donkey inn

Spacious 3-bedroom loft apartment. Safe and quiet location. Close to Mango Inn resort and ca. 8 min. walk to the main dock/center of town. AC in each bedroom, Starlink internet, laundry area, and a big outdoor space with bbq, Pizza oven and a pool. If you would like to come with more than 6 people, please contact us to discuss the possibilities! With all the space there is the possibility to add extra beds and with our 3-bedroom loft apartment next door, we can host really big groups.

All the restaurants, bars and party spots are very close, you will not need a taxi or moto or car from this place. The apartment is in the MANURII Garden on the ground floor. A lush garden is around the apartment. Our cozy fire pit is just one step away. Our garden is full with fruits and flowers. We have a coffee machine at our bar which is available from 7am-10am free of charge. There are plenty of bars in Utila. Our bar is more a Meeting point and not with a bar tender all the time. But you have your own fridge at the Apartment.
