The newly renovated Beach Sunset Studio, part of the Paradise Regained properties is a simple, self-contained retreat, has panoramic views of the amazing sunset on the Caribbean ocean, access to the Paradise Regained beachfront and some of Utila's best reefs, excellent snorkeling and a saltwater swimming pool. With beach chairs available and our beach gazebo with hammocks & Adirondack rocking chairs, you might not want to leave. But if you do, it's just a 15 minute walk to the center of town.

‘Pilothouse’ at Ferry Landing

‘Pilothouse’ at the Ferry Landing, Utila, is located at the foot of the ferry landing in the center of town. This cottage offers the following amenities: one full size bed & one twin size bed, hot water, ceiling fan, A/C, WiFi, TV, refrigerator, parking. The cottage is a Non-Smoking accommodation. Infants and children less than 06 years of age are not admitted. Pets are not allowed. This location provides ready access to ‘Josie’s Cafe’ and the Utila Dream Ferry Station and boarding.

The Dolphin House- A Serenity Beach Cottage

The Serenity Beach Cottages are oceanfront, 960 sq. ft homes with 2 bedrooms, 1 exquisite bath, full kitchen & living area, & a large screened porch. The property is boat access only but Utila town is easily accessible via an hourly shuttle. Little Bight dive site is 10 yards from the shore. We will arrange for a Tuk Tuk -Utila's taxi to pick you up at your point of entry and they will bring you to our boat for transportation across the lagoon to the property.

A wooden little house, with one bathroom, two bedrooms with A/C, fridge, and wifi. ( there´s no hot water). The walking distances from the house to the ferry station is 20 minutes, and to the beach Chepas is 5 minutes. Located one minute walking distance off the main road trough a 4 feet wide road, in a secluded area without traffic, and the neighbours are mostly locals.
