My home: Nice house very near to the beach.

My house is perfectly situated, in a quiet street. It has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room, a well equipped kitchen and a big terrace (it is all round the house) and you can eat outside. It has a nice, little garden and a barbaque there. The house has Wi-fi internet. It is very near to the beach ( less 5 minute walking),. It is also ideal for long stays at affordable prices (I have set specific prices for the different months of the year adding a considerable discount each month).

Surronded by other gardened properties, in an area of protected mansions and historical gardens. The villa is plenty of natural light and wonderful views to the neighboring gardens.

Very cozy semidetached house bery near MET competition (5 minutes walking and 50 meters to beach). We love horses too. Fast wifi and possibility of work from home. Very quiet and familiar place . Swimming pool opened all year. Shops, restaurant, bakery, cafetery very closed. The house has a small garden with a porch and a solarium with sofas. Confortable house, beds, and good and speed WIFI conection. 3 rooms, 8 beds. All kitchen facilities. Very high evaluations from guests.

NEW apartment, cosy and very bright.

Cosy and bright apartment, completely NEW furniture (refurbished in 2018). Very well communicated with the city centre and the beach. It´s ideal for couples and family friendly. Parking included in the same building. For a small/medium size car. It has a wonderful terrace with views of the square, where you can enjoy the amazing sunsets in Valencia. It also has another terrace in one of the bedrooms. Turistic aparment registration number VT-43455-V

Siesta and pine forest games

Our house is great for relaxing in the heart of nature. Kids can play outdoors and on swings. Enjoy with your family/friends, exclusively the house, the pine forest and the pool without having to share common spaces. Take a nap on the hammock or read a good book under the Pine trees. Only the birds and the breeze are heard here. Just a 5 minute drive to the village with all amenities and 20 min to Les Deveses beach.

Places of interest: Our house is located in a mountain and country setting. Two kilometers from Gandia with its cultural and service offer, and a five minute car ride from its beaches. Valencia, a fifty minute drive ,is always a recommended visit for our guests. Also attractive is the visit to Dénia and its rocky beaches or Xátiva and its castle, both of which are about a 30-minute drive away.

Places of interest in the area are the Natural Park of the Marjal de Pego Oliva , about 3 km away,You will love the house, it is very welcoming.
