Swimming pool opened all year. Shops, restaurant, bakery, cafetery very closed. The house has a small garden with a porch and a solarium with sofas. Confortable house, beds, and good and speed WIFI conection. 3 rooms, 8 beds. All kitchen facilities. Very high evaluations from guests.

Our house is great for relaxing in the heart of nature. Kids can play outdoors and on swings. Enjoy with your family/friends, exclusively the house, the pine forest and the pool without having to share common spaces. Take a nap on the hammock or read a good book under the Pine trees. Only the birds and the breeze are heard here. Just a 5 minute drive to the village with all amenities and 20 min to Les Deveses beach.

Places of interest: Our house is located in a mountain and country setting. Two kilometers from Gandia with its cultural and service offer, and a five minute car ride from its beaches. Valencia, a fifty minute drive ,is always a recommended visit for our guests. Also attractive is the visit to Dénia and its rocky beaches or Xátiva and its castle, both of which are about a 30-minute drive away.
