Restored village apartment in the heart of the Espadan Sierra. It has three bedrooms with double bed with single bathroom for each room. It has a kitchen, living room with bioethanol stove (additional 5€ per litre of fuel) and terrace with fenced garden of 300 square metres with barbecue (firewood not included). Our guests can enjoy the tranquility of the natural park as well as all its trails that are very well marked, and if they prefer, they can carry out adventure activities around the surroundings. It is also a perfect enclave for mountain-bike lovers (medium - high level). Slide is surrounded by natural spring water fountains with paellers and picnic areas. We are 10 km from the cv-10 motorway (exit 1), just 40 minutes from Valencia and 20 minutes from Castellón. Despite being in the middle of the mountain, we are only 17 km from the beach.

Our house is great for relaxing in the heart of nature. Kids can play outdoors and on swings. Enjoy with your family/friends, exclusively the house, the pine forest and the pool without having to share common spaces. Take a nap on the hammock or read a good book under the Pine trees. Only the birds and the breeze are heard here. Just a 5 minute drive to the village with all amenities and 20 min to Les Deveses beach.
