Amazing 70mq apartment in Canyelles Petites bay, 5min walking distance from the beach with 30mq terrace with stunning sea view and private parking. The apartment has 2 bedrooms with queen size beds (one of the with sea view and acces to the terrace), bathroom with walking in big shower, fully equipped kitchen and living room with access to the terrace. Modern appartment, cozy, well locatad. Terrace

One bedroom with double bed. Kitchen, dining and living room in one space. Plenty of light. Excellent internet access. All neccesary amenties for cooking. Microwaves but no oven. Washing machine. Small, quiet building. Tourist appartment legally registered. Guests have to pay 0,60 Euros per night as "tourist tax". The appartment is declared with the Catalonian Police. On arrival, guests have to fill out a form with thier details. Free parking in the whole area. No private garage.

Come and enjoy this quiet accommodation just renovated on the ground floor of an independent entrance village house, enclosed patio without vis-à-vis and comfortable interior Cabins is 2.5 km from Peralada , 10’from Figueres and 20’from the beach . It is a small Catalan town, 2 free car parks are close to the house and many hiking trails crisscross the area I will be (or not )present (depending on the periods )in the apartment on the first floor with my two cats

Recently renovated apartment located on the building's 3rd floor and has an elevator. It has a double bed, full bathroom and kitchen open to the living room, where the large sofa bed is an extra bed.
