The cozy house with wood fireplace, Finnish sauna and a bedroom with whirlpool tub is perfect for a romantic time for two, but also offers enough space for families with children or a meeting with friends with 100 square meters. The house is located on the outskirts of Bad Tabarz in a quiet location, close to the forest. The house has a garden with terrace and small pool (diameter 5 m, 1.20 m deep). The pool is not heated, therefore the perfect cooling after the sauna or a sunbathing.

Loving, cozy & fully air-conditioned furnished apartment on the ground floor in a rural location. (Still close to the motorway, it's a 5-minute drive to the A38.) The city centre of Heiligenstadt can also be reached in a 5-minute drive (or a 30-minute walk via bicycle or rural paths). Cyclists will get their money's worth on the Leine-Heide cycle path, which is about 800m away. The house is modernly decorated and the garden offers plenty of space for free development. In the winter months perfect for winter sports in and around Oberhof, the rest of the year great for hiking, cycling and SightSeeing in and around the Thuringian Forest and more. The sauna and hot tub need preparation. If you want to use it, please let us know after booking. Furthermore, we have a pool that you are welcome to use in summer.

The property is just outside, about a 10-minute walk to the city center. Our house has 2 floors, on the upper floor the hosts live and the lower full floor is for our guests. It has its own access. The apartment is fully equipped with underfloor heating. From all windows you can look into the large garden, with lots of trees and flowers. The quiet location, good air, beautiful garden, and large heated pool invite you to relax.

Idyllic weekend house, very well equipped!

Our small summer house is located about 4 km from city center Erfurt. It is very quiet and idyllic has a beautiful view over Erfurt. The garden has a lot of meadow, trees, is about 650 square meters and is fully fenced. The bedroom is small, has a box spring bed (1.40 × 2.00 m) and TV. Our living room is equipped with TV,sofa bed, a small tiled stove and dining table. In the terrace there is a seating area and a day bed .
