There is a bathroom in the main house. A beautiful hall with piano, library and 12 nice people for some good conversation. Wi-Fi, parking. Also 2 guest rooms & 2 apartments.

Our cozy guest room with separate entrance and private toilet and shower is waiting for you. Within walking distance of the fair and the grounds of the Landesgartenschau 2023! Free parking places are available right in front of the house. On request, the in-house sauna can be used, and it is also possible to set up a children's travel bed. The guest room also includes a fully equipped kitchen as well as a fridge in the hallway (so it doesn't bother you when sleeping).

Wellness bungalow "Auszeit" with sauna and garden

The perfect break for 2 or 3 people also with a dog: Our wellness bungalow "Auszeit" with a large garden, in the middle of the Thuringian Forest, between Suhl and Zella Mehlis, very quiet and away. The highlight here is the outdoor sauna, which can be heated with wood in all seasons. Wood is included as well as bathrobes. There is also a gas grill available outside. Pets are welcome. Rental of cube e-bikes as well as bike racks and children's trailers

Well-being apartment with its own infrared sauna, perfect for relaxing. Furnished with love, the apartment offers a special comfort. Right at the center of the city, great for a city trip or hiking. On cozy TV evenings, a cozy large sofa and huge flat screen TV with Netflix, invites you. The kitchen is equipped with everything needed for cooking. From the living and sleeping area you can see the Wartburg, the historic Nikolaitor and the Kaiserhof.

The pretty apartment with garden is central and yet quiet. Shopping and public transportation are around the corner. The Karlsaue, the city center and the museum district are within walking distance. The apartment is 45 square meters, it has its own entrance with its own terrace and a private sauna. Parking in front of the house is available on the public street and free of charge. In the garden, bicycles can be parked safely and covered.

Apartment is on the ground floor and can accommodate 2 persons (baby bed available). The bathroom is equipped with large shower, infrared cabin, underfloor heating, washing machine and full kitchen. The high ceilings and large windows provide a great feeling of space, which is underlined by modern LED lamps. Dimm the rooms or set their light temperature as desired. There is a coffee machine and soda stream for you.

Cottage with sauna use

We moved from the city to an old farm in 2016 and live here together with our dog Dago and three cats in the middle of Schwarzenfels, a municipality of the city of Sinntal, below the beautiful castle Schwarzenfels. We are renovating the farm gradually, in 2020 our project "holiday home" has been completed and we are looking forward to our guests.

Cozy small apartment (about 39sqm) with integrated sauna (extra cost - 10 euros per use) and small terrace. The flat is located in a 2-family house, has a car parking space and is close to the winter sports resort Oberhof, Suhl and Meiningen. The apartment is good for couples who prefer a relaxed holiday or even for business travelers.
